From April 2018, I’ve been freelance designing content for my sister's finance company, Robinson Financial Services Ltd.
In 2019, I briefly worked part time as the Content Marketing Manager. This experience has provided me with new industry insights as well as broadening my skill set with opportunities to attend courses in the relevant fields of work such as social media and digital marketing.

Some Obstacles
When I began working at Robinson Financial Services, I had to do a lot of research into the services provided by the company. I did this by mindmapping using the content already provided on their website to get a better idea of who the target audience was in order to make strong, relevant content.
As I was designing posts for multiple platforms, reviewing what was most successful and on which platform was well as establishing the best time of day to upload were all key factors for a posts success.
